Manso Holdings is a group company where multiple companies are under the umbrella and holds the
shares in few companies in KSA, Bahrain, Oman and Canada. U&V Management Consultants is a
Management firm based in Bahrain. I have been taking care of the Firm’s responsibility since its
inception in 2017 as well. I also handle the Group HR activities of Polytech (Engineering Company),
Modecor (manufacturing company), Saudi Designers and Engineering Consultancy while heading the
Talent Acquisition firm in Bahrain.3
Significantly, in first three months itself, I have completed, compatibility study for two group companies
and revamped the business situation by giving solutions to the management. Streamlined policies and
procedures, engaged in change management, inducted new professional senior team so as the
reengineering process was successfully implemented.
I have also successfully hired Senior Management team for our sister concern in Canada where positions

Al Bander Hotel & Resort (Sister Concern of Al Ghalia Group)

The Al Bander Hotel & Resort is a prominent four-star resort in the island Kingdom. This is unique
property with one million square feet radius. This family resort is established in 1988 and still the
favorite for tourists around the world. It also has memberships. Al Ghalia group is the sister concern of
Al Bander where a construction company, restaurants, health clubs and other business are prominent in
Bahrain.
I have joined as Director HR & Administration here in April 2015. I have handled a large team in Al
Bander for both Finance and HR departments. This has provided me an ample opportunity to establish a
professional way into the Finance and human resource department. Within short span of time, I have
cleared a backlog of longtime and established a professional way. Streamlining the manning budget for
2015-2016, filling the key positions and doing recruitments for both senior and junior level, establishing
systematic operational methods at the finance department, introducing new induction and training
programs, career development training programs, HACCP trainings, introduced job descriptions for all
positions, rectifying the corporate policies and procedures are done in short span.

The Bahrain Family Leisure Company is a public owned company operating in Bahrain for over 20 years
which is part of Gulf Hotels Group. The company operates a variety of casual dining restaurants ranging
from home grown concepts to franchise operations. The group also operates a contract catering division
and holds shares in Bahrain cinema. Reporting directly to the General Manager, I am responsible for the
total HR & Finance operations of BFLC.
Within the department, my responsibilities include; Corporate Governance, Secretary to Board Meetings,
Managing reports to shareholders, responsible for statutory compliances, handling any legal issues with
LMRA, Labour Ministry, Tourism, B.I.C, Municipality, Gosi/Insurance or Immigration. Apart from HR &
Administration, I have given the additional responsibilities of the IT dept., all support divisions, Kids
Entertainment division and from 2014 May onwards, I was leading the Public Relations and Marketing
Division as well.4
My key achievements are;
• For three new projects, I have sourced, recruited, inducted and trained the work force

Caravan Group is multifarious corporate group owning and operating hotels, restaurants, construction
companies, travel agencies throughout Bahrain. I was responsible for the human resource recruitments,
trainings and public relations of the hotel group that contained a four star and two three star hotels. I
was recruited for a new four star hotel that was cancelled due to the unrest in Bahrain.

media wing and published an infotainment magazine “Current affairs” published during 2006-09. I was
the Managing editor and columnist in the magazine and had published several articles during the course
of publishing. I had also done the business development for both the Recruitment Company as well as
magazine. Pappiilon was the leading recruitment company in India in the arena of Finance, Insurance

trading divisions and so on. I was recruited into the Head Quarters, Human Resource Division as
Personnel Analyst.
Reporting to Personnel Manager, I was responsible for all personnel, administrational functions and
recruitments. A key result achieved during the tenure was the active participation in preparing software
for Personnel Administration & Payroll system with FoxPro Program. I have also headed and executed
five major projects from manpower planning to recruitments, selection, and hiring, mobilizing, induction
and up to training and distribution of manpower to various project sites. I have travelled across KSA for
official purposes and to various part of India for Recruitments.5
