    Economics graduate from Bocconi University, Milan.

    He is an internationally known financier, philanthropist, financial adviser and world expert on Electronic Financial Systems.

    Since 1979 he has founded and managed a number of finance companies in the USA, Canada and the UK, operating in every area of international finance.

    From 1990 to 1992, he was the financial adviser to the Legal Affairs section of the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Benin and Honduras, and the Presidency of the Italian Republic.

    In 2011, he decided to create a new group to exploit his legacy, his vast experience and his great passion for finance by founding The Pintus Group USA LLC of which he is the General Manager and CEO, in which he has a 90% holding.

    In 2012, The Pintus Group LLC was given the international remit to develop an economic-financial model to incorporate Electronic Financial System Funds: Server to Server Systems, DTC, Grey Screen, Web Link, EBICS, Bluescreen, and Target 2, into the Real Economy.

    In 2012, he was appointed Ambassador of the Associazione CAD Centri di Ascolto e Prevenzione del Disagio

    From 2014 to 2016, he was the Financial Adviser to the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).

    He has received honours and awards from the following governments and organizations:

    The Vatican, Italy, Malta, San Marino, Honduras, Albania, Kosovo, NATO, Benin, Iraq.

    A prominent international lawyer, he is a founding partner of The Pintus Group LLC and has served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer since 2011.

    In The Pintus Group USA, his main responsibilities are dealing with the Federal Reserve, the United Nations,  the SEC and the IMF, managing the agreements and licences granted, and with the Group's administrative management.

    He founded a law office specializing in finance and banking law, especially in the litigation phase, acting for prime bank lenders, companies and individuals.

    He was the Attorney General of the Investor Protection Bureau - Securities Registration Section (NYC).

    He was Lecturer in commercial contract law at New York University.

    He is an expert in Investment Banking, Private Wealth, Debt Advisory and Restructuring, NPLs and Project Finance.

    He is a legal and financial consultant to leading companies in the steel, chemicals, engineering and oil industries.

    He studied engineering of industrial technologies and completed the training process c/o different schools of management, including that of Olivetti International Education Centre in Haslemere (London) achieving different specializations from telecommunications, factory automation, shipbuilding and oil bases automation, sustainable health care and sustainable economic development.

    His attention to an epistemology which is critical, and not detached from the world of mathematics and the real economy is the hallmark of his scientific career and vocational education in various branches.

    The study of nonlinear dynamics has addressed to the archipelago of complexity. In particular, studies of symbolic cognitive models and sub-symbolic, from the old paradigm of artificial neural networks, small-world networks and finally to social networks and network operation centres’, have played a key role towards building a scenario centered on post-cognitive notions of intrinsic and emergency opening logic. In applying this approach to economic development studies and coined the terms of Brainware network and primordial broth of economic life among serendipity and ubiquity of the critical state and receiving critical acclaim and approval from the academic world pertaining to systemic and well-known center for government development Economic.

    Born in India (Delhi) in the year 1975, after completing his high school, along with perusing his Bachelors degree, in 1993 he took up a job in his Father’s clothing company as a trainee in the marketing wing. In the year 1995, when the group diversified their business interests, he was appointed as a Marketing Director of a new company working in the field of Electronic Media. During this period the company offered post production facilities to well renowned media personalities and houses in India.

    Besides offering post production facilities, the company also produced news & current affairs, sports and social development program software for the Indian public broadcaster and various ministries of the Government of India. From the year 2002-2006, due to his business relationship in the corporate and government sector, he was appointed as Director Marketing and Sales, to set up operations and network for the group’s new company in the IT field, during which the company also took up the marketing rights of another company’s product under a profit sharing agreement for marketing their translator software and an e-learning portal. From 2006-2011 due to his extensive domestic and international business relationship, he began his career in the commodities and financial field and dealt with a few well renowned companies worldwide. In 2011, his Father’s company diversified and floated a dedicated financial firm ‘ Vaamaa Forex Services Private Limited’ offering financial consultancy services for aspiring project owners seeking innovative project financing solutions, in which he was appointed as Director Finance and Marketing. From October 2012 he started to act as Country Head Director – India – The Pintus Group.

    In 2000, She opened her own business in NYC.  The company’s main focus was to consult with clients in credit consolidation programs. She was responsible for the complete operations of this company including all facets of management.

    In 2005 she started another corporation, Dynamite National Corporation which she runs today providing consulting services.  She is involved with giving financial advice to prospective companies or investors in the USA and Asia.
